Privacy Policy The Privacy Policy is the principle abided by CatWebhard service (hereinafter 'the Service') provided by NexBiz (hereinafter 'Corporation') regarding its members' privacy protection, which involves protecting the right and benefit of CatWebhard members to ensure that they are able to use the services in a secured manner. The service protects member's information and data with strong security policy. The detail of the privacy policy of the service is as follow. 1. Purpose of collecting and using personal information The personal information that the member provides is collected and used only to provide the optimized services fit for each CatWebhard member. Furthermore, in order to provide the more advanced and special services, we may conduct individual or collective surveys to collect the additional information on the basis of member's voluntary participation and consent. And member can use mailing service for getting news, event, update related to the service with member's consent. In principle, the gathered personal information is not used for any other purposes than the original purpose. 2. The type of collecting member information In order to use the CatWebhard services, CatWebhard basically demands your real name, citizen number, address, zip code, contact phone number, email address, user account (ID), and password. The information is necessary item to use the service and can be used when member forget his/her ID/PW. 3. Retain and renounce personal information Member's personal information is managed and protected by CatWebhard while they use the services as a CatWebhard service member, and the information is deleted all permanently after member request canceling his/her account. 4. Read, correct, delete personal information Members can read, correct their personal information anytime at My Page menu after login service homepage. And it is impossible to change user ID (user must keep it in mind). And about correcting name, citizen number, user must send copies of identification (citizen card or passport) to customer center via fax 02-391-4783. 5. Policy for children Children, fewer than 14, never can sign up the service, and if verified illegal way to sign up (forgery of citizen number etc.) the account will be canceled by force. 6. Need to keep in mind to protect member's own privacy What you need to keep in mind to product your privacy! Members who own a user ID and password, should strictly manage the user ID and PW. The services never ask member's ID/PW to member. And when member close service, member must log out the service to close session. In addition, the separate personal information requested from and provided to any events or other service registration requiring membership, which are not hosted by CatWebhard, within the CatWebhard services shall be exclusively managed and used by a separate, independent operator. CatWebhard shall not be liable for the use and management of such separate personal information. Please be cautious to provide the personal information and make consent with the independent operator. 7. Other subject to keep in mind for privacy protection CatWebhard Service tries to do its best for serving good service to member. Supplementary Provision The CatWebhard Privacy Policy may be changed when there is an amendment to applicable laws and ordinances, or there is a need for an amendment in order to provide better services to the members. If it determines to amend the CatWebhard Privacy Policy, it shall be noticed on CatWebhard homepage. Member should check it often when visiting CatWebhard homepage (http://www.catwebhard.com). The Privacy Policy shall come into force as from 1st DEC. 2009.
